Commercial Sales Engineering Manager - CEUR

We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to join our DACH & Emerging Markets team. This is a remote-friendly position, reporting to the Sales Engineering Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Pre-Sales Process - Overseeing the pre-sales process and ensuring the sales engineering team have successful engagements with prospects and customers.
  • People Management - Ensuring overall employee satisfaction of the sales engineering team.
  • Develop some of the most accomplished technology account teams in the industry.
  • Work with commercial customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access with outcomes based on Zscaler's technology platform.
  • Be the trusted advocate for the customers to the internal Zscaler product development teams.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • You have at least 6 years of prior Sales/Systems Engineering, or Solution Architect management experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, selling to C/VP level buyers.
  • You have at least 2 years demonstrated experience leading cross teams of pre-sales people, supporting both Enterprise and Corporate classes of business.
  • You work with the account executive leadership team and system engineering teams to jointly define technical account plans.
  • You have experience of early in career talent development.
  • You are fluent in German

  • Experienced at building relationships and establishing engagement with clients and partners.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage through change
