Overview
As we continue rapid growth within our Brand Partnership Ads Team, we are looking to add a Commercial Enablement Manager specializing in ads product enablement. This person will focus on supporting our Sales teams in their mastery of our advertising solutions, including Sponsored Product, Display, Promotions, and Metrics. This person will create enablement plans & collateral including training materials, objection handling, marketing narratives, internal & external tool guides, and best practices that align with our sales methodology. This highly cross functional role will partner closely with product marketing, product management, internal tooling / strategy, and sales teams to provide all pillars of enablement (content / training / narrative creation / sales process & methodology) as it relates to selling our products.
About the Team
The Commercial Enablement Team works with multiple cross functional partners to solve Sales teams’ problems allowing them to drive provable success for their customers. We are agile, self-starting, able to thrive in ambiguous situations, and prioritize projects that will provide the most value to the Brand Partnerships team. This role will be within the Commercial Enablement product pillar, working alongside its sibling sales methodology & operations teams.
About the Job
- Drive alignment across product, product marketing, and internal tooling / strategy teams so sales is trained with one voice on our ads products & narratives
- Create & deliver product enablement plans including leading 150+ attendee live trainings, office hours, and content creation
- Identify & scale best practices from product & sales teams as it relates to product narratives, objection handling, FAQs, tool usage, and story-telling
- Represent the voice of sales in go-to-markets (outbound) & feature development (inbound) for Instacart Ads
- Measure program & process impact while iterating & optimizing for the future
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
- 4+ years experience in an Enablement, L&D, PMM, Ad Sales, Strategy, or Consulting role
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience with digital advertising
- Strong experience using G suite tools, sheets and slides
- Strong project / program management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies
- Experience working with data (measuring inputs / outputs; building sheets and program trackers)
- Experience working with technical & non-technical stakeholders
