Position Title: Clinical Outreach Ambassador
Location: Remote with some travel required
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Some evening/weekend hours are required to provide services needed
Travel Requirements: Travel around Maryland will be required as needed.

What will you do as a Clinical Outreach Ambassador?
As a Clinical Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, such as managed care organizations, national providers, therapists, schools, and other community partners.
- Coordinating and leading educational and promotional events to raise awareness of Sandstone Care’s services and programs.
- Supporting the discharge and aftercare planning needs for our clients and their families as needed.
- Representing Sandstone Care in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- You have experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use field in an outreach or business development role.
- You have previous experience in marketing and/or outreach.
Preferred Qualifications
- You have discharge planning experience.
- You have business development experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- You are highly self-motivated, very organized, detail-oriented, personable, outgoing, and collaborative.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $63,000-123,000 Annual Salary (Based on Experience)
