The Client Relations Virtual Assistants deliver various daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and drafting documents.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with clients to answer questions about cancellations and cancellation status
- Manages and responds to the Customer Care phone/email account
- Monitor statuses of all cancellations via Airtable/CLIO
- Coordinates with the Supervising Attorney and Finance Department to ensure responses are mailed within a timely manner
- Attend to meetings
- Draft documents for cancellation, such as refund request forms, accountings and closing letters according to SOPs.
- Closes matters according to SOPs
- Problem-solve client issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or account management in a legal setting
- Experience with light finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Must have a strong customer-focused attitude and manage all customer relationships with a high degree of commitment.
- Strong telephone presentation and written communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
- Bilingual in Spanish/English with full proficiency
- Experience with Airtable and CRM is a huge plus
