We are seeking a hands-on, Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Subspace Labs as a key member of our Leadership Team.

Subspace Labs is an early-stage, venture-backed startup pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI and Web3. With our upcoming mainnet launch, the Subspace Network is a radically decentralized, next-generation layer one blockchain powered by an innovative proof-of-archival storage (PoAS) consensus mechanism. Our project serves as a foundation for global collaboration between humans and AI, ushering in a new era of possibilities. As COO, you will be a central figure in Subspace Labs, working directly with the CEO and playing a crucial role on the executive team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the company through our upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE), scaling our growth strategies, and ensuring flawless execution of our operational plans. This position demands a leader adept at navigating the complexities of the Web3 landscape to propel our strategic growth and operational excellence.

We are seeking a hands-on, Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Subspace Labs as a key member of our Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

TGE Leadership and Strategy Execution: Spearhead our upcoming TGE, ensuring that all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and executed. This includes coordinating with marketing, legal, and financial teams to align the TGE with regulatory requirements and market expectations.

Operational Excellence and Execution: Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission and the specific needs befitting an early stage startup leading up to network launch.

Strategic Partnerships and Market Expansion: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships essential for the broad adoption of our technology. Focus on building relationships that enhance our market presence to support our TGE goals.

Leadership and Team Dynamics: Lead by example to cultivate a culture of high performance and accountability. Ensure that the leadership team and broader company are primed for success during critical periods such as the TGE, product launches, and major growth initiatives.

Advocacy and Industry Leadership: Represent Subspace Labs at key industry events, conferences, and media interactions. Advocate for our innovative approach to integrating AI with Web3, enhancing our stature and influence in the industry.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in management-level roles within the Web3 space.

Experience leading or participating in a TGE event.

Proven track record of success in scaling operations and driving organizational growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of the blockchain, AI, and digital identity landscapes.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
