About the role:

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to be the driving force behind our operational cadence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting into the COO, you will work closely with the leadership team, playing a key role in scaling our business. Your responsibilities will span across various functions, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the entire company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement operational strategies and processes to keep the business running seamlessly. Develop new ideas and bring them to life.
  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for special projects, ensuring successful execution across teams.
  • Assist with investor relations, board meeting preparation, and other executive tasks. Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
  • Manage operating cadences including leadership meetings and offsites, monthly business reviews, all-hands and other company programming.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to drive company outcomes. Optimize workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other operational needs across departments.
  • Track key performance indicators, identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with CEOs, founders, board members, and other industry leaders.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have a proven track record in a similar role, with a knack for operational excellence and strategic thinking.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about the opportunity to scale a business.
  • You’re a natural leader, able to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You’re a problem solver, always looking for ways to improve and optimize processes.
  • You take initiative, you identify opportunities to connect and enable teams to drive the business forward and act on them.
  • You have previously worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team 
  • You have experience working closely with executive teams and managing high-level relationships.

The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Salary range for US: $150,000 - $210,000
