Job Title: Channel Account Manager (CAM)

Location: Remote

Reports To: SVP North American Sales

Description:

Intradiem is seeking a Channel Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth within the market. You will work closely with our various channel partners to identify, and drive-forward, new opportunities to expand Intradiem’s market presence.  The role will also entail developing joint go-to-market strategies, driving sales enablement activities, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of how our partners operate and a combination of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.

This is a remote position.

Your Role:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives
  • Align partner field sales personnel with Intradiem sellers to promote productive relationships, joint account planning and pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive partner-led opportunities and ensure alignment with sales goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to partners on Intradiem products and solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the channel partner ecosystem
  • Be competent regarding contact center operations and Intradiem’s solution, vision and roadmap.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Your Background

  • Strong understanding of the software industry and experience selling software solutions
  • Strong selling skills within the partner community
  • Experience driving business with partner sellers is essential
  • Ability to develop strong relationships that lead to building trust
  • Ability lead sales calls at every level of an account, executive level or otherwise
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization.
  • Motivated, goal oriented with the proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain a high level of collaboration across internal teams.
  • Possesses a high degree of honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Open-minded, love to learn, grow and improve every day.
  • Cross-functional, team player – people like working with you.
  • Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and highly organized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in the contact center market; demonstrated ability or interest in learning Intradeim software
