Channel & Alliance Manager | North India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channels Alliance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with channel partners to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and expand our reach in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Channel Partner Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy specific to North India and the Middle East, aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in the specified region to expand CloudSEK's market presence.

2: Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners in North India and the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, set targets, and drive mutual success.

3: Sales Enablement:

  • Provide training and support to channel partners in the specified region to ensure a deep understanding of CloudSEK's products and solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to enable partners to effectively sell and market CloudSEK's cybersecurity offerings.

4: Performance Tracking:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners in North India and the Middle East and regularly assess their performance against set targets.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of channel partner performance in the specified region to senior leadership.

5: Market Intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in North India and the Middle East to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for optimizing channel partner programs in the specified region.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel partner management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective channel partner programs.
