About the Role:
Works with all company business units and related third parties to complete analysis of business processes or applications and develop solutions. This includes supporting the maturity of the overall change management process.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for driving successful transitions and transformations within our organization, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively across all business units.
- Acts as a liaison across multiple business units, systems development, management, and end-users to understand the business objectives.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal and external customers and provides results to senior leadership.
- Responsible for verifying with user representatives and stakeholders that use case and process models accurately portray specific business needs while and ensures completed work aligns with project scope.
- Performs analysis on new business initiatives through collaboration with Executive and Business Sponsors, technical and shared business teams and ensures the business stakeholder’s strategic vision is clear.
- Negotiate conflicting priorities among multiple stakeholders to ensure a single prioritized list of work to follow.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
- Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize.
- Efficiently integrating new systems, programs and applications with business operations and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or
- Strong business automation and workflow process development specific to IT is desired.
- Experience in IT Change Management is a plus.
- ITIL foundations is desired.

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Analytical
- Knowledge of business process design concepts and process improvement techniques
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Salary range: $69,098.54 – $127,614.10
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
