Job Description
- Execute end to end category sourcing management (NPI, mass production and product EOL management).
- Execute category sourcing strategy. Develop prefer suppliers, strengthen business relationship with key suppliers and business partners.
- Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility.
- Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance.
- Execute business review with key suppliers.
- Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues.
- Conduct cost & supply performance analysis.
- Drive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.
- Support NPI purchase, BOM cost review and analysis.
- Conduct supply risk assessment, market intelligence and technology update.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical.
- Good communication skills such as organized and structured presentation.
- Good Mandarin and English.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- Degree or Diploma Holder in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain or related discipline
- Candidates with strong experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Engineer.
