About the Opportunity
Our Strategic Services team is home to expert digital marketers and trusted advisors to the largest brands around the globe. We are seeking a Campaign Specialist to join the team to provide expert guidance, execution and analysis of customer engagement campaigns across the Airship channel portfolio . Qualified candidates should be passionate about mobile technology, meeting consumer needs and able to continually learn new platform features and functionality. Candidates should have digital marketing knowledge and campaign experience across multiple digital channels including email, SMS and web and be able to write HTML to create customised experiences where necessary. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys digging deep into campaign concepts and best practices and sharing that knowledge with customers. The best candidate is curious and asks lots of questions, works well with a team and is self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful execution of campaign messages and customer journeys.
- Manage the end to end campaign process incl. briefing, segmentation, a/b testing and customer approval.
- Build and leverage campaign and channel performance reports in Airship’s platform to deliver actionable insights and campaign recommendations to customers.
- Leverage HTML to tailor messages that require modification beyond the currently available functionality of the platform.
- Apply subject matter expertise and best practices for digital marketing campaigns and Airship platform functionality.
- Work with Strategic consultants and Customer Success Teams to increase customer platform adoption and improve time to value.
- Provide training/ retraining to customers as needed.
- Document and provide user feedback to Product and other internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on Airship feature, channel and functionality releases for campaign integration and strategic recommendations for customers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns for a global brand and/or with a SaaS marketing company.
- Ability to read and write HTML
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment both within a team and independently.
- Strong project and time management skills to balance multiple customers and projects simultaneously
Desired Skills and Experience
- Comfortable with mobile platforms including iOS and Android, as well as SMS, Mobile Wallet, Email and Web.
- Ability to read and write CSS & Javascript
- Experience with one or more marketing technology solutions (Salesforce, Oracle Responsys, Adobe).
- Experience with one or multiple business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau or similar).
