Let’s Get Down To Business

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our banking team.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges
  • Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis
  • Setting project direction and providing project oversight
  • Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements
  • Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams
  • Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams
  • Scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials

Show Us What You’ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:  

  • 1 - 5 years Business Process experience
  • You can summarize complex processes and steps in an understandable way
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM
  • High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS
  • Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
  • Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users
  • You are a creative problem solver with a hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Financial Industry experience
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset
