LastPass is looking for Business Development Representative: 

LastPass is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our sales team. This exciting role focuses on the German-speaking DACH market and requires business fluency in both written and spoken German. As a BDR at LastPass, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by qualifying leads, contacting prospects, and uncovering their business needs. We're looking for someone with a passion for exceeding targets and exceptional communication skills.

Who will you work with?

Join as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and immerse yourself in a dynamic role where relationship-building is key. As part of a collaborative international team, you'll engage with Account Executives, strategize on campaigns, and contribute to the success of our wider sales team. Your daily tasks involve connecting with prospects and partners to uncover their business needs. Be part of a supportive environment where your efforts make a real impact!

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • You will follow up on leads obtained from marketing or targeted lists, progressing these leads through the Sales Cycle, having uncovered initial prospects´ business needs
  • You will direct conversations towards uncovering the customers’ needs, progressing to a further meeting with an Account Executive
  • You will maintain Best Practices around Lead cadence, ensuring Leads are contacted immediately and a continuous cadence is kept during the lifetime of the Lead

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in German
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Passionate about embarking on a career within Sales and the Technology Industry

It is great, but not required:

  • Sales or customer-facing experience
  • Additional languages
  • Tech background (passion for problem-solving with technology)
