Business Analyst in Payments
Business Analyst support our Client transition to the new messaging standard. This is a significant, complex and exciting programme, giving rise to an outstanding opportunity to work at the forefront of the changing payments landscape.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Reshape payments core
- Adapt current messaging standards, payment schemes and e2e flows for domestic (ACH, CHIPS/FED), Cross Border payments scheme
- Conduct analysis to identify emerging risks and issues
- Draft Process Flows, user journeys and Activity Diagrams
- Prepare and present reports for senior stakeholders
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing, including triaging of issues raised
- Create high quality documentation
- Support Testing – Assist in design of the functional use cases
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally, working knowledge of ISO 20022
- Previously working in payments area
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management
- Ability to communicate complex issues in an easily digestible format to range of audiences
- Taking a value-driven approach and make appropriate prioritizations and practical decisions to get things done
- Strong senior stakeholders communication skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
