ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup that has built the most advanced AI voice models and AI voice products (text to speech, audiobooks creation, dubbing, and the voice library).

About the Role
As a Brand Design Contractor at ElevenLabs, you'll play a crucial role in creating on-brand assets for a variety of purposes, including presentations, events, marketing materials, product illustrations, and company swag. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that will enhance ElevenLabs' brand presence and visual communication.

You will work closely with Ammaar Reshi, Sam Sklar, Justin Hackney, Lydia Moore
What You'll Do
- Develop illustrations and graphics for our marketing website and product interfaces
- Design visually compelling assets for presentations, pitch decks, and slide decks
- Create engaging visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials
- Design eye-catching company swag that reflects our brand identity
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries
- Collaborate with our growth, video, design, and ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful designs
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Ability to adapt to ElevenLabs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas
- Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work
- Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have
- Experience working with tech or AI-focused companies
- Knowledge of current design trends in the tech and AI space
- Illustration skills for creating custom graphics and icons
- Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
