Maven is looking for an experienced Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative Team. As Designer, you will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of our brand identity across various channels, including digital, web, social, and marketing. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and create visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. A strong brand design and visual identity background is needed with healthcare and/or B2B experience being nice to have.
As a Brand Designer at Maven, you will be responsible for:
- Brand Strategy: Develop visual brand strategies that align with our business goals, and proactively propose solutions to help improve project outcomes.
- Visual Identity: Build upon and evolve our brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems across a range of project types, including marketing, web, product, and social.
- Digital Design: Create engaging and effective designs for digital channels, including landing pages, email, and other marketing materials. Contribute to the design and development of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and cohesive brand identity.
- Performance Marketing: Design high-converting ads for various performance marketing channels, such as paid search, display advertising, and social media ads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Present creative concepts to teams across the organization in a clear and compelling manner
- Brand Guidelines: Strive to maintain the brand standard across all projects and ensure consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and digital experiences
- Skills: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including branding, websites, social media campaigns, and performance marketing
- Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency or growth-stage startup environment
- Experience designing for health, tech, or wellness brands
For candidates in NY, CA, or CO the base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
