About the role:
The BizOps & Strategy team reports into the CFO and is responsible for projects touching all key groups at Tubi including Content, Sales, BD, Growth, & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business strategy at the intersection of technology and entertainment. Candidates should possess business creativity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize learnings into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities with a focus on business / financial modeling and business case development of new market, product, content, and technology opportunities across Tubi
- Stay on top of consumer, technology, and market trends and provide insights on opportunities and implications; frequently and systematically track competitors
- Build models to forecast and predict impact of specific initiatives
- Gather market diligence and support team with market and financial analysis
- Synthesize data and analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable KPIs
- Create and present recommendations via effective and persuasive Google Slides presentations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Enrolled in a full-time, top-tier MBA program
- Top consulting or I-Banking experience a plus
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and a strong financial skill set
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, including senior leadership
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to take on challenges, large or small
- Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Google Suite skills. SQL a plus.
Program Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a graduate degree during the length of the program
- Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above
- Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
- Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
