Responsibilities:
Provide on-time deliverable of talent development & organisation development programsQuality of deliverable measured by key users/ stakeholders (learners, managers, HRBPs) feedback & satisfactionAssist in designing, developing, deploying & evaluating talent development programs, including online asynchronous learning paths, live training sessions, and use of external resources (e.g., executive coaches)Support the assessment and analyses of team/ employee learning needs and help create tailored solutionsSupport the performance review cycles, talent review and succession planning initiativesSupport change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement and communicationsContribute to the development of job, skill and development frameworks for various teamsContribute to people & business data analyses for understanding management effectiveness, leadership competencies and organisational health to propose improvement plansMaintain accurate and organised records of learning activitiesSupport other HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
At least 4 days/week for 6 months dedicated to internship, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably relevant to Business, HR or I/O PsychologyGood understanding about human resources management; experience with learning/talent development/organisation development is a plusStrong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teamsSkillful and concise communications, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent EnglishSound logic for generating solutions from problem analysis; creativity is preferredProactive & organised way of working, willing to go extra miles for success
