Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking

Facilitate cross-department communication, consolidate and synchronize complex project information to ensure clarity of team objectives and efficient collaboration

Responsible for project documentation, including drafting, archiving, and version control, while maintaining technical documents and meeting records

Support the optimization of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment

Regularly summarize project progress, report potential risks to the team, and provide improvement suggestions

Requirements

Familiar with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and proficient in Office/Google Suite applications

Basic understanding of software engineering principles; familiarity with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus

Strong logical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into executable components

Fluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and keen attention to detail

Proactive and collaborative, with strong conflict resolution and cross-team coordination abilities
