By taking on this role, the Binance Accelerator Program member will contribute to the efficient and effective localization of Binance's Swedish content, ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency while deepening their understanding of the local market and crypto-specific terminology.
Responsibilities:
Review the Swedish translations of the app and web content to ensure linguistic accuracy and suitability for the local marketConduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the content meets Binance's standards and resonates well with Swedish-speaking usersWork closely with the Swedish local team and the central localization team to align translation efforts with the overall business strategy and objectivesEnsure that the local language flow and context are accurately captured, particularly in terms of cryptocurrency-specific contentMonitor and analyze the impact of localized content on conversion rates, seeking continuous improvement based on data insightsMaintain a glossary of terms and ensure consistent use of terminology across all Swedish contentAssist in updating and maintaining translated content to reflect changes in products, services, and market trendsRegularly report on the progress and results of the translation review efforts, including cost savings and quality improvementsStay updated with the latest trends in cryptocurrency and localization best practicesBe available for any urgent translation or review tasks that might arise on short notice
Requirements:
Native level proficiency in Swedish, fluency in EnglishFamiliarity with basic cryptocurrency concepts and terminologyEye for detail to ensure high-quality translationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and EnglishAbility to work collaboratively with multiple teams and provide constructive feedbackEager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in cryptocurrency and localization best practicesAbility to handle urgent translation or review tasks on short noticePrevious experience in translation or localization is a plusExperience with translation tools and software
