The business is structured in every region as a combination of Sales and Regional Delivery Unit to ensure speed, agility, and self-sustenance.
The role of Regional Delivery Head has the responsibility for managing the Delivery Centre for the region.
Job Description
In the Regional Delivery Head capacity, you will be responsible for development and execution of regional delivery strategy including P&L responsibility for the projects in the region. You will be working with the respective client facing teams along with the account managers / sales teams to drive SDS portfolio in the region and to ensure enable profitable revenue growth. The accountability will include leading the respective delivery teams and collaborating closely with Sales, pre-sales, CSG and BA teams to identify and focus on addressable market.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and execution of regional delivery strategy
- Responsible for the P&L of the projects delivered in the region
- Creating / Extending recruitment, or outsourcing partners for hiring and delivery
- Oversee IT budget for staff FTEs & consulting services, hardware & software life cycle, professional services, digital & data strategies, and strategic project change budget.
- Monitor delivery performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Bosch regulations for delivery in the region
- Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team in the region, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Analyze delivery data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
Qualifications
- BE + MBA OR MBA from reputed institute
- Should have good knowledge of IT delivery across manufacturing / engineering domain
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing delivery operations across geographies.
- Experience in SAP technologies or exposure of Sales Force, Out Systems, Cloud DevOps will be an advantage.
- Must be able to understand customer requirements, make presentations on solutions without pre-sales support, ideally in Japanese
- Strong leadership skills, the ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team, the ability to combine technical and business view
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3/N2 level and above) is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
