Back Office Manager (German-Speaking)

Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Independently manage customer projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

2. Funding Documentation: Prepare, finalize, and submit funding documents accurately and on time.

3. Client Communication: Deliver excellent customer communication as part of client support and advisory services.

4. Back-Office Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including creating contracts, proposals, and invoices, with a high level of precision and professionalism.


Requirements:

  • German Language Proficiency: Advanced level (B2 or higher), with excellent written and spoken skills.

  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in back-office roles, administrative support, or a similar position is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs).

  • Educational Background: Vocational training in a commercial profession or a degree in business administration (or a related field) is a plus.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.

  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
