B2B Growth Manager - South Africa

This role will support a fast-growing, venture-funded, Berlin-based consumer brand holding in building and scaling their international B2B strategy in close collaboration with the local teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Architect: Develop a clear and transparent B2B strategy for the brand, covering all aspects from inception to execution.
2. Market Insights Expert: Conduct in-depth market analysis of sustainable interior and jewelry retailers both online and offline across Europe.
3. Brand Ambassador: Create compelling brand presentations to showcase brand’s unique offerings.
4. Partnership Pioneer: Define and prepare the roadmap from initial outreach to deal closure with potential B2B clients.
5. Execution Maestro: Lead the execution process from the first outreach to closing deals, ensuring seamless communication and negotiation.
6. Performance Tracker: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of B2B initiatives.
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial Experience: Previous work experience in a dynamic environment or currently pursuing studies in business or a related field.
Passion for Impact: Genuine interest in driving the success of the brand and making a positive impact through sustainable practices.
Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards initiating and maintaining connections.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to think logically, work methodically, and take ownership of tasks with a structured approach.
Proficient in English: Fluent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Sustainability Enthusiast: Interest in sustainability, interior design, and/or jewelry is a plus.
