About the Role
The AVP/VP-Care Solutions Program Design is a strategic role responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering the value proposition for the organization's AI Care Solutions portfolio. This position will leverage deep subject matter expertise in population health management (PHM), advanced practice management (APM), and healthcare economics to architect and evangelize the AI Care Solutions. The Care Program Solutions Leader will work closely with the Care Delivery Leader and Care Solutions Leader to ensure the AI Care Solutions are aligned with client needs and deliver tangible value.
A Day in the Life
- Care Solutions Consulting and Design:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and design innovative AI Care Solutions that address their challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business ROI, operational impact, and value metrics associated with the AI Care Solutions.
- Architect the clinical program design and delivery model for the AI Care Solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements.
- Value Delivery and Evangelism:
- Lead the delivery of the AI Care Solutions value proposition, targeting hard savings of approximately $100M.
- Evangelize the AI Care Solutions to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agent operations, and the broader market.
- Collaborate with the Care Delivery Leader and Care Solutions Leader to ensure the AI Care Solutions are seamlessly implemented and deliver the promised value.
- Stakeholder Management and Influence:
- Leverage strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with key client and internal stakeholders.
- Influence and work closely with the Care Delivery and Care Solutions teams to ensure the AI Care Solutions are optimized for client success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader, providing guidance on the evolution and optimization of the AI Care Solutions.
- Domain Expertise and Thought Leadership:
- Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in population health management, advanced practice management, and healthcare economics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the AI Care Solutions remain competitive and relevant.
- Leverage your clinical and commercial understanding to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in population health management, advanced practice management, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering value-based care solutions or programs.
- Deep understanding of clinical reimbursement models, quality metrics, and the economics of care management and disease management.
- Expertise in healthcare economics, with the ability to analyze the business and operational impact of AI Care Solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in an ACO or a senior role in a healthcare provider organization, with a focus on value-based care initiatives.
