About the role
We are looking for book and tech enthusiasts to produce and quality control (QC) high-quality AI audiobooks with ElevenLabs Projects. You'll have the opportunity to work with exciting manuscripts, ranging from published titles to unreleased editions, to create the best listening experience for our customers and end users.
In this role, you will:
Create high-quality AI audiobooks using ElevenLabs Projects (https://elevenlabs.io/projects).
Listen to the complete AI-generated audiobooks and perform quality control checks on the output.
Regenerate audio where necessary to achieve the most natural and engaging narration.
Focus on delivering audiobook quality that is ready for publication.
Who you are
You are detail-oriented and have a keen ear for nuances in audio. You possess a strong command of the English language and you are comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and are enthusiastic about contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology. You thrive in roles that require critical thinking and precision, and you are proactive in providing helpful and accurate data.

A passion for audiobooks: You understand what it takes to produce a great audiobook and are an avid listener.
A tech-savvy working style: You quickly adopt new technologies and are eager to use the ElevenLabs platform as your primary work tool. Big plus, if you have worked with Projects before.
Excellent communication skills: You clearly articulate thoughts and feedback.
The right attention to detail: You have a sharp ear for subtle distinctions and a commitment to accuracy without getting lost in the details.
Creativity and open-mindedness: You think outside the box and are willing to explore innovative ways to achieve the set goal.
