This is a 100% telecommute position with the rare exception of travel for company/team meetings and/or customer engagement.

What you'll do:
Make our platform better on a daily basis.Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise in our production environment.Communicate throughout the day with team members to understand issues.Help our operations team to resolve unexpected issues with the system.Identify and document issues that need development for new features or enhancing existing features.Participate in electronic communication channels on a constant basis as part of your daily work.
Requirements:
2-5 years of hands-on technical support and documentation experience in industries centered around customer support, SaaS, or healthcare.Efficiently able to identify, troubleshoot, and prevent production issues by periodically reviewing logs and code.Ability to communicate with a variety of non-technical stakeholders.Ability to quickly learn new technology and tools.Ability to adjust to changing priorities and execute accordingly in a fast-paced company environment.Pacific timezone working hours.Plus: Experience with or knowledge of Zendesk.Plus: SQL knowledge.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
