The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will possess analytical skills and the ability to work as a team, not only with the Sales Managers but with their Sales Operations colleagues. The Sales Operations Analyst will support our sales teams to provide timely and accurate analytics to help them manage the team's selling efforts.
Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Address Sales Ops tickets that come to Sales Efficiency team (i.e. account ownership)
- Own Sales Operation Support tickets that are submitted for account transitions and the creation of new accounts for the Sales Teams.
- Assist with data integrity in salesforce and day to day administrative inquiries from our sales organization.
- Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned
- Support in the alignment of territories and accounts in response to market and personnel changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on sales, marketing or analytics strategy and planning
- Experience working with sales systems
- 1-3 years of using Excel + PowerPoint
- 1-3 years using BI tools such as Domo, Tableau or PowerBI preferred
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Creative problem solver, strategic thinker, self-starter
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
