What You’ll Do
The Associate, Client Strategy will play a pivotal role in delivering on a plan for critical initiatives to ensure client success. Reporting to the Director, Client Success this person will support account management efforts across a portfolio of payor partnerships to deliver on Strive’s value proposition while ensuring client satisfaction, renewals and growth opportunities. This person will work cross-functionally to manage issue resolution and risk mitigation, track metrics, use data and analytics to drive improved performance, and prepare presentations and communications to report to client and internal leadership. S/he must be entrepreneurial and highly collaborative. S/he should be curious and proactive with a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Superior analytical, quantitative, critical thinking and strong interpersonal communication skills are required for the position.
The Day to Day
- Support day-to-day account management activities, including creating presentations and communications for client and internal leadership, managing issue resolution and risk mitigation, conducting ad hoc research and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through open, transparent communication and proactive collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the implementation of strategies and tactics to exceed defined goals and metrics, including contract renewals and expansions.
- Work with Director, Client Success to maintain client account plans, including updating short- and long-term account priorities and stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
- Drive independent work / workstream(s) in the context of a broader client account.
- As needed, support special projects and strategic priorities that benefit the team, company, and contribute to client success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in management or strategy consulting
- Ability to travel up to 25% (internal and client travel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to break down and solve problems through critical thinking and quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity.
- Knowledge of value-based care, managed care and/or kidney care.
Annual Salary Range: $66,000.00-$77,000.00
