Associate Account Executive, Inside Sales, Rosetta Stone Europe

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Rosetta Stone team in Europe. Rosetta Stone is the global leader in online language learning solutions. In this position, you will engage inbound leads, advancing the sales process, and generating new business to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also conduct prospecting research to identify new leads, reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinars, and provide crucial input for marketing strategies based on your interactions with future customers. #LI-TM1

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in Germany or the United Kingdom, with a strong preference for candidates in Cologne, Germany. #LI-REMOTE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage an assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed new business revenue goals #LI-GRUK
  • Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads 
  • Develop accounts from marketing-generated leads for new Rosetta Stone customers with headquarters located in a given territory in Europe
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate interest and uncover potential opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, features and benefits, understand and interpret customer needs, and clearly communicate Rosetta Stone’s value proposition
  • Engage with customer prospects through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and webinars
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies for engaging and converting high-potential prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos for Account Executives with qualified customer prospects
  • Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team, providing detailed information to facilitate the sales process
  • Maintain and expand our database of new customer prospects within the CRM system (Salesforce)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English, fluency in other languages is a big plus (Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian)
  • Must be based in Germany or the UK. Big plus if you are based in Cologne, Germany
  • Experience in sales prospecting, customer service, or inside sales with a track record in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably within the software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business opportunities, grow existing business, and exceed revenue targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage decision-makers and influencers at any level
  • Understanding of web applications
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
