Job Description
We are looking for a motivated architect with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join us full time. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and capable of showing initiative, as well as able to work in a team and independently.
What the role includes:
- Tracking progress and quality of projects by going on-site visits, and ensuring that time frames agreed with clients are respected
- Handling small projects from beginning to end with a team of sub-contractors
- Quantity take-off, drawing reviews, specifications & BOQ prior to sending them to contractors
- Preparation of drawings and documents for tender phases
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Architecture degree
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural designs and drawings
- Advanced knowledge of Autocad
- Solid experience in site construction
- Solid experience in tender works / BOQ
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, ppt, Microsoft project)
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Strong attentiveness to detail
- Strong organizational skills
