ABOUT THE ROLE
The AR & Billing Associate at Teikametrics will play a key role in supporting the global Billing and Collections team, working collaboratively with teams in both India and the US. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Assist billing team in India with collections processesEnsure dunning emails (automated and manual) go out timelyAssist with reconciling cash payments between bank and ERP system on a weekly basisMonitor AR inbox for custom responses to dunning emails and other communicationsInterface with the US accounting team on collection matters as neededSupport the AR team in managing billing and accounts receivable tasksUse Excel to analyze and summarize dataAssist lead in resolving delinquent AR, disputes and monitor credit card disputesUse Excel to analyze/summarize data and create reports for managementSupport sales, product, and services teams with ad hoc requests/inquiries
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field3+ years AR/Billing experience in the IT (SaaS/Software) industryWork experience with a US based company is preferableStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidential and meticulous recordsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT
Experience with dunning processes and cash applications (a plus)Experience with NetSuite or any ERP software and Sales Force (a plus)Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment processing platforms (a plus)
