Appointment Setter - Truelogic (ID: 1959)

What are you going to do?

Occupy a unique position in the market, as a Lead Generation Analyst to be responsible for outbound sales prospecting, playing a key role on finding and screening potential U.S customers who can benefit from our services. Rather than trying to close deals, your work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline, until they’re ready to talk to our account managers.

  • Identifying and creating lists of prospects through desk research with prospecting tools (e.g.: Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Intent Data platforms).
  • Adding and ensuring the quality of contacts and companies' mandatory information into the Company's CRM (HubSpot).
  • Creating copies and sequences for enrolling prospects on multichannel Campaigns - Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling.
  • Achieving daily prospecting quota and responding to emails/messages received within SLA agreed.
  • Tracking and documenting daily activities in the Company's CRM (HubSpot).
  • Creating and managing the pipeline of potential Deals for the Sales Team.
  • Nurturing relationships with prospects to move them through the funnel.
  • Transferring real opportunities to Account Managers, guaranteeing the proper introduction of prospects and company representatives.
  •  Accompanying prospects' meetings with Account Managers to ensure meetings occur and evaluate the quality of the opportunity generated
  • Develop and work on a clear agenda with specific timelines for completing each daily task.
  • Stay vigilant and connected during working hours to meet SLA expectations.
  • Perform manual daily tasks generated by the process (e.g: checking the status of lead output and manually allocating contact to a different step of the process)
  • Report on the Progress of Activities at Daily Team Meetings.
  • Access and manage 2 LinkedIn and Email accounts: your own and another salesperson's.

What will help you succeed

  • B2B working experience / Tech industry will be an advantage.
  • High English and Spanish Level.
  • Prior experience qualifying and managing Leads, via HubSpot or similar CRM Platform.
  • Prior experience generating Leads via LinkedIn.
  • Prior experience in the U.S. Market.
