Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 2-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Appian-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian application development, process automation, and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and deploy Appian applications and solutions.
Design Appian workflows, process models, and interfaces to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Implement integrations with external systems using Appian integration capabilities.
Maintain and enhance existing Appian applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure clear communication and continuity.
Ensure all work adheres to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-7 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Appian platform, including SAIL, Process Models, and Data Management.
Experience with Appian integration (Web APIs, SOAP/REST).
Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Appian Certification (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer).
Experience working on government or public sector projects.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
