About the Role
As a Part-Time-As-Needed App Production Specialist you will work to make a memorable first impression with unique app designs for each customer. You will also strive to deliver best practices in mobile design to ensure maximum engagement with end-users. You will provide escalated technical assistance and support to our internal teams and customers. The temporary role will end August 31, 2024.
The App Production team, part of the larger Implementation team is in charge of designing, implementing and supporting the app product. The app helps to create a central hub of content, media and resources, all while uniquely branding it to each customer’s organization.
Benefits and Compensation
- 12 paid company holidays
- Monday through Wednesday in office if located by Redmond, WA or Colorado Springs, CO
- Pay Range: $22.93 / hour - $26.50 / hour, depending on location
- The temporary part-time role will end August 31, 2024.
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WA.
What You'll Do
- Design amazing apps that capture our customers’ brand and content for small and medium-sized customers within the app CMS (App Studio).
- Provide technical support to our internal teams and customers.
- Effectively manage time to provide deliverables within our service level agreements and internal KPI’s.
- Maintain excellence by performing quality assurance reviews of work completed by peers and by receiving quality assurance feedback for personal work
- Gain deep technical understanding of the Pushpay app platform, set appropriate expectations, overcome objections, and provide desirable solutions.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year creative experience
- 2+ years experience in a customer service environment, with knowledge of best practices when responding to customers via phone or email
- Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Pixelmator preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and client relationships while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and meeting design deadlines
- Understanding of key drivers for church success
- Understanding of industry culture, products and services
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and (e.g. Salesforce) is a major plus
- SaaS industry experience is another major plus
