About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional AI Product Manager to join our team in driving the development and success of our AI productivity platform. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in either the United States or China.
In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our product team, owning the AI product lifecycle from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for creating innovative product strategies, designing user-centric features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our AI platform to the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI product lifecycle, including market trend analysis, demand assessment, product positioning, feature design, R&D progress monitoring, quality control, and final product delivery.
- Lead the development of AI platform capabilities by leveraging large language models, integrating AI composability, and designing functional modules and product frameworks to enhance platform usability and user experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs within the AI productivity platform, conceptualize the AI platform ecosystem, and propose innovative product strategies and interaction logic solutions.
- Conduct user research, data analysis, insight mining, write PRDs, and collaborate with project teams to implement designs and continuously iterate.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product and feature experiences based on AI capabilities, improving the competitiveness and user experience of AI products, and driving core metric growth.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI developments, analyze related products, and synthesize optimization ideas for implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform-type product creation, with a proven track record of launching products from inception to realization (0 to 1).
- Experience leading or participating in AI platform product construction, demonstrating strong demand abstraction and product design abilities.
- Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and other AI technologies, as well as common AI frameworks and tools.
- Experience in LLMOps, LLM application, low-code, DevOps, and related product or module design. Successful product landing cases are a plus.
- Proficiency in various AI tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging fields.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.

- Familiarity with AI product usage habits and product discovery channels of overseas users (e.g., 4chan, Reddit) and the ability to integrate these elements into product design.
- Understanding of second dimension/network meme culture.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
