Let’s Get Down To Business
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of agile program timelines and milestones, applying agile methodologies to drive efficient and adaptive project delivery.
- Strategy, Vision and 12 month plan for Organizational Agility
- OKRs for Agile and SAFe Adoption
- Creation of agile methodology playbooks along with a CoE structure and site to house all out agile assets for the org to consume
- Design a Portfolio Governance Structure and how we move from our traditional PMO to Value Management Office strategy on how to pivot
- Metrics and Measure on the success of rolling out agile across the enterprise
- Collaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client-specific co-delivery plan within the agile framework, ensuring alignment with agile implementation processes.
- Actively track all activities and their status, accountable for critical project deadlines and tasks
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall satisfaction
- Prepare work schedule and timelines and the extended team
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery
- Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the client and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboarding
- Maintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team
- Obtain final sign-off and ensure the client is fully satisfied with project completion
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 5-10 years of project management and implementation management, with demonstrated experience leading large, complex agile application development projects.
- Possession of relevant agile certifications
- Experience to assist with Tools Setup including Jira, Planview, Confluence for rolling out agile
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projects
- Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
- Able to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
