What you will do:
Troubleshoot technical issues affiliates may face with tracking links, reports, and platform access.Assist affiliates with payment-related inquiries.Ensure Billing invoices are generated and provided to the finance department on time.Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, understanding their needs, business models, and goals.Act as a point of contact for any queries or escalations, ensuring a proactive approach to affiliate success.
What we expect:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in the field of customer support or sales.Availability to work during set hours during probation, later - flexible hours.Great English language and communication skills.Interest in digital marketing (understanding how affiliate marketing works).Having a positive and professional attitude toward relationship management.Great time management and planning skills.Continuous learning and adaptability.
Contract and working schedule will be discussed during the interview.
