SoFi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the CEO.
About the Role:
- Assist the Director, CEO Operations with all travel/expenses/meeting scheduling assistance for the CEO
- Provide support to SVP, Regulatory Affairs, Business Controls & Credit Strategy
- Assist in calendar management (flag overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities) and use sound judgment to map out the day-to-day “itinerary” of meetings, events, and responsibilities
- In-office support for CEO needs (greeting guests, connecting conference rooms, etc)
- Handle internal logistics including conference room management, meeting/event catering, and other related ad hoc duties related to onsite meetings
- Manage logistics for special events such as board meetings and Staff offsites
- Backup coverage for the broader Executive Assistant team as needed
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives, including calendar, travel, and expense report management
- Excellent computer skills and a strong grasp of Google docs, Google calendar, Concur, and Outlook
- Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
- Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills
- Experience at a tech company preferred
- Hospitality experience a plus
- BA/BS degree
