About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide unparalleled financial services to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with a portfolio of Food & Beverage businesses, playing a key role in managing and closing financials, alongside performing a variety of accounting tasks and analyses. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of financial operations, contributing directly to the success of our clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financials for multiple clients in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial and accounting needs, offering customized support and guidance.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of accounting policies, systems, and controls.
- Work closely with the CFO and other team members on strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, specifically within US-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in financial analysis and able to translate financial data into insightful reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- CPA or CA certification is a plus.

- You will have to work the US shifts from Monday to Friday
- This is a permanent remote position
- Competitive annual salary ranging from 10 LPA to 12 LPA
