About this role
We are looking for an exceptional Accounting and Finance Specialist with experience in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reconciliations, who is interested in supporting our key financial operations! This is a long-term, fully-remote role.
As a Pareto Accounting and Finance Specialist, you’ll be maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling sensitive information with integrity, and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What you’ll do:
Regularly maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Handle payroll processing including calculating employee wages, taxes, and deductions.
Creating and processing invoices using invoice software or manually
Work closely with other departments in a company such as finance, sales, and operation, to ensure that invoicing processes run smoothly.
Assists in preparing budget reports, developing financial models ; and creating forecast models based on current and past financial reports.
Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
Ensure compliance with software procedures and best practices.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by finance and accounting team leads.
What you’ll need:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is advantageous.
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic accounting and financial principles
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
and meet deadlines.
