About the Role:
Supports various aspects of business-to-business account management and sales pipeline growth. This role leverages the company’s unique value propositions by developing and deploying business strategies for operational success with new prospects and existing managed clients to create, maintain or expand an overall payment strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Client Support: Assist Relationship Manager II with client outreach, including pre-and-post onboarding activities.
- Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals to meet client needs and ensure timely updates and extensions.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients and event leads to address questions and ensure ongoing satisfaction..
- Data Management: Maintain accurate contract information, client data, and other essential records in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with data standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Relationship Manager II to support their activities and ensure clients receive high-quality, responsive service.
- Client Refresher Sessions: Conduct sessions to keep clients informed and engaged, collaborating with the Client Support team.
- Onboarding Workshops and Webinars: Deliver workshops and webinars to integrate clients effectively into our services, working with the Client Support team.
- Consults with client base to meet/exceed portfolio performance goals including proactive sales calls, engagement level, product adoption and other key performance indictors creating an overall environment of success for Pathward services
- Develops and maintains a sales pipeline and associated sales goals.
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager II to support activities and ensure clients receive high-quality, responsive service
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Typically requires a minimum of three years of related
- Account and sales pipeline management experience
- Retail/Commercial Banking and CRM experience a plus.
- Periodic travel may be
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

Salary range: $47,985.10 – $88,620.91
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
