Account Manager - Supply (f/m/x) - remote

We are excited to expand our Sales and Account Management team and are looking for an Account Manager who will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with our suppliers. This role requires a balance of strategic insight and operational support, ensuring our suppliers receive top-notch service while driving growth on our marketplace. WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, or a related field, ideally within E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, B2B organizations, or consumer electronics.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration or a similar area.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and preferably in one other European language (German or French).
  • You have experience in managing stakeholder relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and driving business plans.
  • You are adept at using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
  • You are passionate about working with people, with strong communication skills that enable you to effectively influence and persuade different levels of stakeholders.
  • You have a solutions-oriented mindset, are comfortable working with targets, and have a 'can-do' attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of suppliers, while gaining increasingly detailed knowledge of their operations and businesses.
  • Build industry knowledge to understand suppliers’ needs, and co-developing strategies to drive their success on refurbed.
  • Collaborate with the Category Management Team to analyze supplier data, identify growth opportunities and maximize supplier performance.
  • Provide responsive and effective account support, addressing a range of issues from complex customer questions to general system requests.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments such as Customer Service and Supplier Performance to ensure suppliers receive the best possible support.

ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE:

  • Proficiency in multiple European languages (German, Italian, French, Dutch, Danish, etc.).
  • Experience working for a marketplace or in E-commerce.
