We’re Looking For A: Strategic account manager who enjoys building professional relationships, is extremely data literate and self-motivated. Those that thrive in this role are out-of-the-box thinkers, data nerds, expert communicators and enjoy the challenge of being able to pave their own path. You get to fully own your work and drive your own ideas - no red tape or burdensome processes to hold you back. You do not need to have media buying experience, but should have a strong grasp of digital marketing.
Location: Remote (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Management of day-to-day performance of affiliates and agencies on assigned offers/channels.
- Collaboration with Offer Managers, Tech, Copywriting and Creative teams to ensure maximum performance of campaigns.
- Initiating and implementing optimization strategies (Including negotiating commissions, testing different funnels, performance bonus) to maximize performance.
- In-depth data analysis into metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, ROI with the use of Supermetrics, Big Query and Excel.
- Setting up Google, Facebook, TikTok, Taboola and other Ads network accounts to ensure data is being passed through correctly and being optimized as efficiently as possible.
- Nourishing relationships with both new and existing agencies/ affiliates in order to maximize performance as well discover new advertising options.
- Staying up to date with Industry trends and competitors activity and proactively voicing suggestions to help drive the company forward.
- Proactively finding opportunities and solutions to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Ability to build trust and nurture partner relationships
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid media marketing and/or e-commerce marketing.
- Extreme proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
- Strong data literacy
- Knowledgeable of pixel and UTM tracking
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Working experience with or willingness to learn SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising (required)
- 3-5 years’ directly related Account Management and/or Digital Affiliate Management experience (required)

The base salary range is $66,000.00-$88,100.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
