Account Manager

Pulley is growing quickly with over 3000 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch. All of our growth has been organic, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand.

🌟 Account Manager Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join Pulley’s sales organization. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, through renewals and upsells, from our existing customers. Through proactive account management, strategic business reviews, and a value-based selling approach, you will build long-term relationships with our customers and consistently demonstrate the ongoing value of our solutions.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Contribute to revenue growth through renewals and upsells
  • Maintain high customer retention rate and NRR
  • Own all facets of the customer renewal process, including outreach, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Demonstrate value for customers through strategic business reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts through regular strategic business reviews
  • Collect customer feedback. Share insights with our product, engineering, and design teams.

🙌 Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying AE or AM role
  • 1+ year of experience closing renewals
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup

Annual On-target Earnings Range: $130,000-$165,000
