About the Role
The Proof Account Executive is critical to our company growth. You’re smart, resourceful, creative and passionate. You’re a student of selling and curious about our customers and their needs. We have lofty goals in 2024. Everything you do must produce tangible results, so bring your ability to self-motivate, motivate others, stay positive, have fun and win!
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a 30-60-90 day sales plan
- Hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales and meeting quotas
- Cold-prospect ICP firms
- Utilize a sales process and understand how to maintain deal velocity
- Become an expert on our products, our market and industry trends
- Leverage social media, professional networks, regional and national events to identify and win new customers
- Utilize multithreaded sales techniques to close organization-wide agreements
- Travel to client locations, events and trade shows to prospect and win new business
- Work with a team of SDRs and BDRs, placing team success above individual success
- Present metrics-based rationale for changes to process, product or market approach
- Provide leadership by exemplifying an enthusiasm and ability to cold-prospect, conduct initial calls, give demonstrations and update internal measurement systems
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams offering solutions that benefit the company and the team
- Report progress-to-goal and define steps to reach your team’s goals throughout the month
Qualifications
- Must be located in Florida (Preference for candidates in Orlando and surrounding areas)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years’ proven track record of sales success in an Account Executive or similar role
- Legal industry experience preferred
- Results-driven, metrics-focused, strong sense of urgency
- Must demonstrate a strong adherence to a formal sales process (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICE, Etc) (clear understanding of discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision making, objection handling and closing)
- Expertise using Customer Relationships Management (CRM) software (SalesForce, Hubspot, etc)
- Passion for prospecting and cold outreach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 30% Client and event travel required

- $75,000 - $95,000 base salary based on experience and location
