This role is focused on driving meaningful expansion within complex enterprise environments by delivering solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, managed services, and consulting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic enterprise seller who has built a reputation for developing executive relationships, identifying new initiatives within existing accounts, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits. This is a role for someone who operates as a trusted advisor to clients and can translate technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for owning the client relationship, developing multi-year account strategies, and expanding Trace3’s presence across key enterprise organizations in Texas.
Trace3 is investing heavily in services-led growth across the enterprise market, and this role will play an important part in expanding strategic relationships within some of the most important organizations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Texas, with accountability for sustained year-over-year growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify and deliver new value within existing customer relationships

- Serve as the primary account leader, coordinating Trace3 engineering teams, services leadership, and strategic technology partners
- Engage executive and technical stakeholders with business-outcome-driven solutions
- Maintain a disciplined and qualified pipeline aligned with account growth initiatives
- Demonstrate strong forecast accuracy and operational rigor throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications:

- Proven success expanding existing enterprise accounts through new initiatives and expanded solution scope
- Experience selling complex, services-led technology solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, and managed services
- Established professional network within the Texas enterprise market
- Executive-level communication skills and strong business acumen
- Experience operating within OEM, VAR, and partner-driven ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
The most successful candidates for this role typically demonstrate several of the following characteristics:
- Experience owning and expanding large enterprise accounts with complex buying centers

- Success leading multi-solution pursuits that combine technology, consulting, and managed services
- The ability to build credible relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, and senior IT leadership
- A consultative approach focused on business outcomes rather than individual products
- A reputation internally for orchestrating technical teams and partners to win complex deals
- Strong pipeline discipline and a consistent history of exceeding growth targets
What Success Looks Like at Trace3:
- Consistent year-over-year account expansion within assigned territory
- Increasing strategic relevance and share of technology investment within client organizations
- Strong pipeline discipline and credible forecasting
- Long-term client relationships built on delivering measurable business outcomes
