We need an English-fluent Construction Document Controller, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise.
- Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement.
- Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management.
- Work with cross-discipline engineering documents and discipline approval processes within a project team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous experience in Document Control, particularly in Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes.
- Proven ability to deliver quality Document Control services based on best practices.
- Strong understanding of construction and project lifecycles, including third-party contract deliverables.
- Experience working with cross-discipline engineering documents and discipline approval processes.
- Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- Contract Length: 6 months, extending based on performance.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
