635 - Social Media Manager

We need an English-fluent PART TIME Social Media Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the social media presence of multiple clients, primarily in the real estate industry
  • Utilize pre-made Canva templates to create visually appealing posts.
  • Create basic social media posts using Canva, adhering to the brand guidelines of each client.
  • Schedule and publish content using Metricool, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Design and send emails using Canva and the KVCore CRM, focused on new listings or promoting client videos.
  • Engage with leads and respond to inquiries within the client's CRM (KVCore).
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with potential clients and leads.
  • Work closely with our team to understand client needs and deliver content that aligns with their goals.
  • Collaborate on content strategies and provide feedback to improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Experience working with Canva and using pre-made templates.
  • Familiarity with Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably KVCore.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • A basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $300 - $400 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
