617 - REVIT/CAD Model Coordinator

We need an English-fluent REVIT/CAD Model Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools to create and manage detailed 3D models for various projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to coordinate and update drawings, ensuring all revisions are accurately reflected.
• Accuracy & Consistency: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all project documentation and model outputs.
• Coordination: Manage revisions and updates to ensure seamless integration of changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of recent experience with Revit and AutoCAD tools, preferably in the construction or manufacturing field maintaining construction models and plan sets.
• Navisworks & BIM360 experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
