We need an English-fluent Business Development Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and trends.
- Develop effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share.
- Drive sales and lead generation efforts through prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting leads into customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations that create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and innovation based on market research and customer feedback.
- Implement customer relationship management initiatives including customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and gathering customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
- Write compelling communications, proposals, and presentations for client meetings, conferences, events, and seminars.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brands effectively.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into sales.
- Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth.
- Ability to drive product development and innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet clients, attend conferences, events and seminars to engage corporations with our brands and build relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- The commission structure will be discussed directly with the client after the initial interviews.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
